The Community Resilience Committee created the Teon Harvey Scholarship in 2024 to assist a rising 12th grader or student who has completed High School (or equivalent) and is entering community college, trade school, a 4 year university, or other continuing education opportunity to achieve the goal of a higher education. It was created to keep Teon’s memory alive by investing in youth who are aspiring to create a positive path for themselves.

The $750 Teon Harvey scholarship can be used for Community college, trade school, or a 4-year university. The funds can be used to cover tuition, room and board, food, or school supplies.
Individuals interested in applying for the scholarship can find the application here. Applications will be accepted through August 20, 2024.
