SCAN’s Progressive Dinner & Auction is our flagship fundraising event—a meaningful, community-centered evening that brings people together in support of our mission.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, the event continues to evolve while staying true to its purpose: creating connection, fostering generosity, and making a lasting impact for the children and families we serve.

How the Progressive Dinner Works

Today’s Progressive Dinner is a more personal, host-driven experience:

• Guests begin the evening at a shared appetizer location
• Small groups then travel to private homes for dinner
• Each home is hosted by a supporter who invites their own guests

This format creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where meaningful conversations and deeper connections can thrive.

Why the Format Has Evolved

We thoughtfully adapted the event to better reflect what our community values most:

• Smaller gatherings that encourage connection
• The ability for hosts to invite friends and neighbors they know
• A comfortable and welcoming experience in private homes

While the structure has shifted, the heart of the Progressive Dinner remains the same—bringing people together to support SCAN in a powerful way.

Attendance Information

The dinner portion of the Progressive Dinner is no longer a public ticketed event.

Attendance is by invitation from participating hosts. We understand this is different from past years and appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize a meaningful and comfortable experience for all involved.
